The full cast of Trevor Nunn’s production of Aspects of Love has been announced. The London revival of Andrew Lloyd Webber, Don Black and Charles Hart’s musical begins performances at the Menier Chocolate Factory on July 7 with opening night set for July 15.
Joining the previously announced Michael Arden and Katherine Kingsley are Dave Willetts as George, Rosalie Craig as Giulietta, Martyn Ellis as Marcel and Rebecca Brewer as Jenny. Also featured in the cast will be Jill Armour, Louisa Lydell, Ian McLarnon, David Roberts, Savannah Stevenson, Dominic Tighe and Rebecca Trehearn.
Based on David Garnett’s novel of the same name, Aspects of Love follows the entangling romances of actress Rose Vibert, her devoted fan Alex Dillingham and Alex’s extended family. The show features music and a book by Andrew Lloyd Weber and lyrics by Don Black and Charles Hart, and includes the popular song “Love Changes Everything.” Aspects of Love opened in the West End on April 17, 1989 and transferred to Broadway on April 9, 1990 where it ran for 377 performances.
The production will feature choreography by Tony nominee Lynne Page (La Cage aux Folles), scenic and costume design by David Farley, lighting design by Paul Pyant, musical supervision by Caroline Humphris, orchestrations by David Cullen and sound design by Gareth Owen.
Aspects of Love is scheduled to run through September 26.
