Although Daphne Rubin-Vega has built an impressive career since starring as wounded diva Mimi in the original cast of Rent, the Manhattan Latina is busier than ever these days. Currently appearing opposite Ethan Hawke in the gritty off-Broadway family drama Blood from a Stone, Rubin-Vega is also prepping an upcoming stint in Love, Loss and What I Wore as well as a trip out West to walk the red carpet of the Independent Spirit Awards as a nominee for the film Jack Goes Boating. The talented diva is talking with Editor-in-Chief Paul Wontorek on this week's Show People about her busy career and premiering a new dance song by six-year-old son Luca.
