The Broadway ad agency Serino Coyne has announced a merger with Art Meets Commerce, a provider of digital services to the theatrical community. Both companies are subsidiaries of the advertising giant Omnicom Group. The merged company will offer a full slate of traditional and interactive services including creative development and design, media planning and placement, website development, video production, social media management and sales tracking and statistical analysis.
Founded in 1977, Serino Coyne is the largest full-service agency serving the theater and performing arts industries. Since its founding in 2007, Art Meets Commerce has specialized in website design, creative development, digital outreach, social media management, advertising and video production.
Serino Coyne and Art Meets Commerce have already collaborated on shows such as Promises, Promises, Elf, The Merchant of Venice and A Little Night Music and the forthcoming revival of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.
