Television hit Glee and the Public Theater's production of Lisa Kron's In The Wake are among the nominees for the 22nd annual GLAAD Media Awards, which were announced on January 20. The awards, presented by the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, recognize and honor media for their fair, accurate and inclusive representations of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and the issues that affect their lives. Award ceremonies will be held at New York’s Times Square Marriott Marquis on March 19 and at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis on May 14. Details of a Los Angeles ceremony have yet to be announced.
