American Idol Fans Hope to See Stefano Langone On Broadway

As season 10 of American Idol narrowed the competition to nine finalists, Broadway.com asked which Idol hopeful you'd like to see follow in the footsteps of Fantasia Barrino, Constantine Maroulis and Jordin Sparks by heading to Broadway. The votes are in, and readers hope to see Stefano Langone's name in lights. The smooth crooner, who's faced elimination several times during the competition, landed in the top spot with a whopping 57% of votes.

Pia Toscano finished in second place with 18% of votes. Broadway may not be such a stretch for the ballad-belting brunette, as she attended New York's LaGuardia High School of Music & Arts and Performing Arts, whose alumni also include Great White Way veterans such as Liza Minnelli, Al Pacino and Priscilla Lopez.

Jacob Lusk earned the third place spot. The gospel-tinged singer pulled in 7% of votes.
