Mama Drama! Watch Tony Winner Katie Finneran in I Hate My Teenage Daughter Trailer

Add two-time Tony winner Katie Finneran to the list of familiar Broadway faces headed to TV this season. The Promises, Promises actress will co-star with Emmy winner Jaime Pressly and Broadway vet Chad Coleman (Joe Turner's Come and Gone) in the new Fox comedy I Hate My Teenage Daughter. Finneran will play Nikki, who is disappointed to see that her teenage daughter has turned out to act just like the mean girls who made her life hell in high school. (Coleman plays Finneran's husband, with Pressly as her best friend.) The series will air Wednesday nights after Fox's buzzed-about new talent contest series, The X-Factor.
