Rising temperatures in New York City mean one thing to theater fans: Shakespeare in the Park season is almost here! The annual free Public Theater series, performed at the Delacorte Theatre in Central Park, is preparing to kick off its repertory season with the gritty Measure for Measure beginning June 6 and the grown-up fairy tale All’s Well That Ends Well beginning June 11. Daniel Sullivan directs this beguiling fable, which follows the low-born Helena as she surmounts obstacle after impossible obstacle to win the love of the aristocratic and haughty Count Bertram.
