Tony and Emmy Award winner Elaine Stritch will soon return to the Café Carlyle to open the legendary cabaret venue’s fall season. Her new show, Elaine Stritch At Home at The Carlyle: Singin’ Sondheim…Again. Why Not? will begin a three-week engagement on September 13.
Next up, vocalist Clint Holmes will make his Café Carlyle debut with a tribute to Bobby Short, running October 18–29. Husband-and-wife singing duo (and Café Carlyle veterans) John Pizzarelli and Jessica Molaskey will perform an all-new program from November 1–November 26.
Following Molaskey and Pizzarelli, vocalist Steve Tyrell will perform from November 29 through December 31, and famed film director Woody Allen will continue his tradition of performing with the Eddy Davis New Orleans Jazz Band on Monday evenings, from September 12 through December 19.
