1. Kristin Chenoweth and Idina Menzel - 40%
As rival roommates turned best friends, Chenoweth and Menzel originated the roles of Oz witches Glinda and Elphaba in the blockbuster musical Wicked. Both actresses earned Tony nominations for the show in 2004 (with Menzel taking home the Best Actress trophy) as well as Broadway.com Audience Choice Awards for Favorite Onstage Pair. Wicked remains a sellout hit at the Gershwin Theatre.
2. Sutton Foster and Gavin Creel - 12%
Sutton Foster picked up her first Tony Award for playing Millie Dillmount, a small town girl looking for love in the big city, in the Tony-winning musical Thoroughly Modern Millie. Upon meeting suave Jimmy Smith (Creel), Millie ditches her plan to marry her rich boss in order to follow her heart. Foster and Creel earned Broadway.com Audience Choice Awards for Favorite Onstage Pair in 2002.
3. Jonathan Groff and Lea Michele - 8%
Spring Awakening co-stars Jonathan Groff and Lea Michele also picked up Audience Choice Awards for Favorite Onstage Pair as the Tony-winning musical's star-crossed young lovers, Melchior and Wendla. The duo later reunited on the hit TV show Glee as on-again-off-again couple Rachel Berry and Jesse St. James.
