Glee Fans Excited to See Santana Take on West Side Story's Anita

Now that casting has been announced for Glee's upcoming production of West Side Story, Broadway.com asked readers which casting decision excites them most. Take a look at the results below!

1. Santana (Naya Rivera) as Anita - 40%
Saucy cheerleader Santana Lopez is set to take on the role of Maria's fiery sister-in-law Anita. Two-time Tony winner Chita Rivera originated the role in West Side Story's original Broadway production and Karen Olivo earned a Tony for playing Anita in the show's 2009 revival.

2. Blaine (Darren Criss) as Tony - 29%
Broadway.com readers deemed Blaine a perfect Tony when auditions for the musical began. The charming leading man has already wowed Glee viewers with a rendition of one of Tony's signature numbers, "Something's Coming."

3. Mike Chang (Harry Shum, Jr.) as Riff - 16%
It was a difficult week for Mike Chang as he struggled to choose between following his love of dance or trying to please his domineering, academically demanding father. Based on his performance of "Cool," we think Mike made the right decision to stick with the arts.
