Tony Winner Lillias White Sets November 4 Concert Date at Aaron Davis Hall

Tony winner Lillias White will perform in concert on November 4 at Aaron Davis Hall at the City College of New York. White will be accompanied by musical director Timothy Graphenreed.

White earned a Tony Award for The Life and an additional nomination for Fela! Her other Broadway credits include Chicago, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, Once on This Island, Carrie, Dreamgirls, Cats and Barnum. She has also appeared off-Broadway in The Best is Yet to Come: The Music of Cy Coleman, Crowns, Dinah Was and Romance in Hard Times.

The 2011-12 season at Aaron Davis Hall also includes performances by the Harlem Symphony Orchestra, Edwidge Danticat and jazz musicians Carmen Bradford and Melba Joyce.
