Kristin Scott Thomas, Jonny Lee Miller, Rob Ashford and more have been shortlisted for London's 2011 Evening Standard Theatre Awards. The prestigious awards, which are chosen by a panel of theater critics from the UK's top publications, will be handed out at a dinner ceremony hosted by Dame Edna Everage at the Savoy Hotel on November 20.
