Political comedy A Walk on Part, adapted by Michael Chaplin from the diaries of Chris Mullin, will begin performances at the West End's Arts Theatre on June 19. Opening night is set for June 26. Max Roberts directs the piece, which just completed sell-out runs at Live Theatre, Newcastle and Soho Theatre.
John Hodgkinson stars as Chris Mullin. He is joined on stage by returning cast members Tracy Gillman and Hywel Morgan, as well as new addition Joe Caffrey.
A Walk on Part is an insider’s view of the last and most turbulent decade in politics, as the critically acclaimed and witty diaries of former MP for Sunderland South, Chris Mullin, come alive in an exhilarating ride of political humor.
