The 2012 Drama Desk Award nominees were announced on April 27, and on May 8, the happy honorees gathered for a cocktail reception at Oceana. The awards, which honor the best in Broadway, off-Broadway and off-off-Broadway productions, will be presented June 3 at Town Hall. This year’s nominees include some of Broadway and off-Broadway’s most celebrated and cherished actors including Follies' Bernadette Peters, Nice Work If You Can Get It's Kelli O'Hara and Newsies' Jeremy Jordan, as well as James Corden, Judith Light and Linda Lavin.
