CBS Cancels Patrick Wilson Series A Gifted Man

CBS has canceled the supernatural drama series A Gifted Man, starring Tony nominee Patrick Wilson.

Wilson took to his Twitter page to discuss the show's demise, noting he is actually happy about its end. "So shocking to no one: A Gifted Man is done," he posted. "Found out via email...and not from the network. Stay classy...now that it's 'official,' I couldn't be happier. As good as it was (sometimes) it was not what I signed on for."

On the series Wilson played a brilliant doctor who is guided through life's lessons by the spirit of his deceased ex-wife (Jennifer Ehle).
