Broadway Auction Benefits Broadway Inspirational Voices Outreach Program

Broadway Inspirational Voices, the organization commited to providing schools and children in need of access to high quality and engaging music arts programs, is holding an online auction. The auction features special Broadway-themed items and goes through May 25. Proceeds go towards valuable arts education outreach programs.

Among the prizes theatergoes can bid on are a five day/four night escape to Cancun, an autographed poster of the Broadway revival of Godspell, Karen Olivo's Tony Award outfit, vocal coaching with Joan Lader, a signed Evita poster from Ricky Martin and the cast, tickets to a New York Mets game, a Steel Magnolias director's chair autographed by Queen Latifah, Phylicia Rashad, Kenny Leon and more.

Broadway Inspirational Voices held its second annual spring concert, Highest Praise, on May 20 and 21. The concert featured Broadway stars including Norm Lewis, Eden Espinosa and Montego Glover. Auction items are available on Biddingforgood.com/biv. Michael McElroy serves as the group's director.
