Comedian Mike Birbiglia is bringing his stage comedy Sleepwalk With Me to the big screen. The film adaptation of his show, which originally opened at off-Broadway’s Bleecker Street Theatre in 2008, hits theaters on August 24. In the movie Birbiglia stars as Matt, a comedian dealing with an odd sleep disorder, a stalled career and crumbling relationship. While the play was originally a one-man show, the film features an ensemble cast that includes Harvey star Carol Kane, Once Tony nominee Cristin Milioti and Broadway veteran Lauren Ambrose.
