Kristin Chenoweth was rushed to a hospital after being injured on the set of The Good Wife in Brooklyn, according to TMZ.
According to the report, the Broadway favorite was struck by a piece of lighting equipment and fell to the ground, hitting her head on the concrete floor in the process. A witness told TMZ, "A big gust of wind blew the lighting off the scaffolding" and that Chenoweth was hit "square in the head." She was taken to a hospital in a New York Fire Department ambulance; a spokesperson for FDNY said she was being treated for "minor injuries."
Chenoweth is playing a nosy reporter on season four of the hit CBS legal drama. She won a Tony Award for You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown and has also been seenon Broadway in Wicked, Promises, Promises, The Apple Tree, Epic Proportions and Steel Pier.
