Butt-Cracker Suite, Christmas Spoof from Project Runway's Chris March, on Tap for Holiday Run

'Tis the season to be bawdy! Former Project Runway star and designer Chris March's will celebrate the holidays  by presenting the new yuletide parody musical, Chris March's Butt-Cracker Suite. The Nutcracker parody will play off-Broadway's HERE Mainstage beginning November 24. Directed and designed by March, the musical will open November 30 and run through December 29. No casting has been announced at this time.

Drawing upon March's one-off brand of crude silliness, the show is a re-creation of The Nutcracker set in a trailer park. Expect appearances from dancing pink flamingos, cans of Spam and ugly Christmas sweaters, as the comedy promises enough gifted tackiness to go around.

Chris March is a costume and fashion designer known for his own Bravo show Mad Fashion. His celebrity clients include Madonna, Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Chaka Khan, Chanel and Meryl Streep.
