Mark Setlock will star in a benefit reading of Becky Mode’s one-man play Fully Committed on November 12 at the Vineyard Theatre. The one-night-only event will benefit the Vineyard’s 2012-13 productions and programs.
Fully Committed is a play about the staff of one of New York’s hottest restaurants and the patrons clamoring to book a table. Setlock, who starred in the show's original off-Broadway run, plays Sam, a frenzied reservations manager, plus 39 other characters including waiters, chefs, diners and more. Originally directed by Nicky Martin, Fully Committed debuted at the Vineyard Theatre in 1999 before transferring to the Cherry Lane Theatre.
Setlock has appeared on Broadway in Rent. In addition to Fully Committed, Setlock has been seen off-Broadway in Roulette, Last Sunday in June and Don Juan in Chicago. He currently works as a teacher in a private middle school in Manhattan dedicated to kids with learning challenges.
