Annie Stars Katie Finneran, Anthony Warlow and Lilla Crawford Show Off Their Costumes in Vanity Fair

Two words: Katie Finneran. Well, let’s back up: Annie revival stars Finneran, Lilla Crawford and Anthony Warlow got all decked out for the October issue of Vanity Fair. The trio debuted costume designer Susan Hilferty’s take on the iconic red Annie dress and Warbucks tux, as well as a deliciously campy new look for Miss Hannigan, closer to the one sported by Carol Burnett in the 1982 film than Dorothy Loudon’s costume in the original 1977 Broadway production. Of course, Crawford looks darling and Warlow looks distinguished and dapper, but we can’t get enough of Finneran's kimono, scarf and scowl. So much for never being fully dressed without a smile! Head over to Broadway’s Palace Theatre, where Annie opens on November 8, to see more fabulous Hilferty designs in Annie.
