Let Her Entertain You! See Barbra Streisand's Gypsy Medley

Barbra Streisand kicked off her Back to Brooklyn concert tour in Philadelphia on October 10, and one of the most memorable moments was her medley of songs from Gypsy. She delighted Broadway fans with her spirited mix of "Some People," "Rose's Turn" and just a dash of "Don't Rain on My Parade" from Funny Girl. The medley elicited a deserved roar from the sold-out audience. A sparkling Streisand belted the same medley at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on October 11. A movie adaptation of Gypsy is rumored to be Streisand's next film project, in which she'll play Rose. Looks like Streisand's getting an early start on rehearsing! Brava!
