Once and Newsies to Perform on CBS Thanksgiving Day Parade Broadcast

The Broadway casts of Once and Newsies will lend their guitar strums and high kicks to performances on CBS’ Thanksgiving Day Parade, which will air live on November 22.

The parade will also feature Broadway alum and country crooner Laura Bell Bundy (Legally Blonde) as an on-the-street reporter during the event, as well as appearances from Grace's Ed Asner, The Performers' Henry Winkler and The Heiress' Jessica Chastain and Dan Stevens. 

Viewers hoping to catch all the Broadway fun on Thanksgiving morning should double check their DVR schedule: The CBS parade is a seperate broadcast from the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, which will air on NBC and feature performances from the casts of Annie, Bring It On, Cinderella, Elf and Nice Work If You Can Get It.
