The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade got an extra sweet treat on November 22 as they welcomed the cast of Broadway’s magical new musical Cinderella for their first-ever public appearance. Starring Tony nominee Laura Osnes as the iconic princess and Santino Fontana as her prince, Cinderella begins performances at the Broadway Theatre on January 24. The beloved fairy tale features classic songs by Rodgers and Hammerstein and a reimagined book by Douglas Carter Beane. Osnes and company invited Broadway.com photographer Jenny Anderson to join them on this special occasion as they rehearsed their big parade number, got into costume for the first time and then wowed the crowd at Macy’s and at home.
