The West End comedy One Man, Two Guvnors will welcome brand new cast members to the show on February 4, 2013. As previously announced comedian Rufus Hound will step into the leading role of Frances Henshall, a part he’s quite familiar with having played it on tour.
Joining Hound will be Sam Alexander as Stanley Stubbers, Ian Burfield as Charlie Clench, Amy Cudden as Rachel Crabbe, Harry Kershaw as Alan Dangle, Kelly Price as Dolly and Hugh Sachs as Harry Dangle. One Man, Two Guvnors will also welcome former cast member Martin Barrass, who will reprise the role of Alfie. Current cast members David Benson, Rhona Croker and Derek Elroy will continue with the production. Rounding out the ensemble are Mensah Bediako, Owen Brazendale, Gillian Budd, Max Hutchinson, Tom Lorcan, Aimee Parkes and Clair Sundin.
One Man, Two Guvnors premiered at the National Theatre in May 2011. One U.K. tour and one Broadway production (starring Tony winner James Corden) later, the show currently runs at its third London theater, the Haymarket.
