Get On Your Feet! Music Superstar Gloria Estefan Is Bringing Her Life Story & Music to Broadway

The rhythm is gonna get you...to the Great White Way! Grammy Award-winning Latin pop star Gloria Estefan and her husband Emilio Estefan will produce a new Broadway show inspired by their life story and musical legacy. No casting, creative team, theater or dates have been announced for the untitled show.

“We are very excited to share this story, which is based on hope, determination and the belief that with hard work and passion, our dreams can become our reality," the duo said in a statement."Our music has been a true reflection of who we are, where we came from and the journey that has brought us to where we are today.”

The Estefans were both born in Cuba and together became musical hitmakers in Spanish and English, winning Grammy Awards and fans across the world with hits like "The Rhythm is Gonna Get You," "Conga," "Words Get in the Way," "1, 2, 3" and the Oscar-nominated “Music Of My Heart." They've also helped shape the careers of other artists including Shakira, Ricky Martin, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony.
