A show like Motown: The Musical doesn’t hit Broadway without a legion of music legends coming out to support it! In a special pre-opening event, label founder (and the musical's book writer) Berry Gordy welcomed a slew of stars from the Motown music catalogue to the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre for a special "Family Night," which celebrated the artists, employees and family that built the legendary label. The swingin’ oldies tuner hosted Stevie Wonder and members of iconic groups like Marthan and the Vandellas, The Velvelettes, The Temptations and The Miracles, many of whom actually appear in the show itself.
