Get ready to take a hilarious ride on the Hogswarts Express! Potted Potter, a musical parody of the popular Harry Potter book series, officially opened on June 4 at off-Broadway's Little Shubert Theatre, and Broadway.com was there to capture all of the cheeky and charming fun. Written and performed by Olivier Award-nominated actors Daniel Clarkson and Jefferson Turner, the show is set to run through September 1. In Potted Potter, Clarkson and Turner retell all seven Harry Potter books in only 70 minutes, switching in and out of costumes, inhabiting multiple characters, performing songs and serving up a generous helping of Hogwarts magic. The show also invites audiences to engage in a real life game of Quidditch, while following Clarkson and Turner’s unique set of rules.
