The blockbuster musical Jersey Boys will transfer from the Prince Edward Theatre to the Piccadilly Theatre in March 2014, with the last performance playing at the Prince Edward on March 9.
The show, which opened in London in March 2008 and has since become one of the West End’s longest running productions, recently celebrated its fifth London birthday at the Prince Edward. Jersey Boys first opened on Broadway in November 2005 and won four Tony Awards, including Best Musical.
Jersey Boys tells the story of legendary band Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, starting with their humble beginnings as unknown New Jersey kids to their meteoric rise to international pop superstardom.
The current cast of the West End Jersey Boys includes Ryan Molloy as Frankie Valli, Matthew Wycliffe as Bob Gaudio, Eugene McCoy as Nick Massi and Jon Boydon as Tommy DeVito.
