Directed by Trip Cullman, Choir Boy centers around Pharus Jonathan Young (Pope), a talented young man who wants nothing more than to take his rightful place as leader of the school's legendary gospel choir. But the Charles R. Drew Prep School for Boys is a world built on rites and rituals, and Pharus must conform to expectations to gain the respect he desperately needs.
