Sutton Foster, Christopher Sieber & the Stars of Shrek Let Their Freak Flags Fly at the Musical's DVD Release Party

So, this is how a dream comes true! The stars of the 2008 Broadway musical Shrek came together on October 15 at The Hudson Bond in NYC to celebrate the release of the gut-busting tuner on Blu-ray and DVD. Shrek, with its all-star cast including Sutton Foster (Fiona), Daniel Breaker (Donkey), Christopher Sieber (Lord Farquaad) and John Tartaglia (Pinocchio), was shot live on Broadway with 10 cameras and directed by Michael Warren. Featuring a book and lyrics by David Lindsay-Abaire and music by Jeanine Tesori, Shrek tells the story of a swamp-dwelling ogre, joined by a wise-cracking donkey, who goes on a life-changing adventure to reclaim his land and rescue a feisty princess.
