Little Miss Sunshine is bringing the quirky story of Olive Hoover and her eccentric family to off-Broadway’s Second Stage Theatre, and we’ve got a first look at their wild and wacky road trip from New Mexico to California for a pre-teen beauty pageant. Directed by James Lapine, featuring music and lyrics by William Finn and a book by Lapine, Little Miss Sunshine stars Stephanie J. Block as stressed mom Sheryl Hoover, Will Swenson as motivational speaker dad Richard Hoover, Rory O’Malley as depressed Uncle Frank Hoover and Hannah Rose Nordberg making her off-Broadway debut as Olive.
