Meet the Jazzy Cast of Sondheim & Marsalis' A Bed and a Chair, Starring Bernadette Peters & Jeremy Jordan

Now that you’ve gotten a sneak peek of Bernadette Peters, Jeremy Jordan, Norm Lewis and more in rehearsal for A Bed and a Chair: A New York Love Affair, meet the whole cast of the Broadway and jazz mash-up! Directed by John Doyle, the Encores! concert puts a new spin on Stephen Sondheim’s iconic catalogue, featuring performances by Broadway favorites, jazz greats and talented dancers. With arrangements by jazz legend Wynton Marsalis, who will perform with the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, the special event begins November 13 at City Center. By reimagining Sondheim’s songs, A Bed and a Chair tells the story of four people—played by Peters, Lewis, Jordan and Cyrille Aimee—who grapple with love and life in New York City.
