See Carrie Underwood, Audra McDonald, Christian Borle & More in Rehearsal for NBC's The Sound of Music

There's less than a month to go until The Sound of Music premieres live on NBC on December 5. Luckily, the production's cast already looks hard at work in rehearsals for the Rogers & Hammerstein musical. In the new promo for the three-hour special, fans get to hear star Carrie Underwood (Maria Von Trapp) perform not one but two classic songs: "My Favorite Things" and "The Sound of Music." Viewers also get also get a first look at five-time Tony winner Audra McDonald (Mother Abbess) in full nun attire, a glimpse at Stephen Moyer's (Captain Von Trapp) fancy footwork and Tony winners Christian Borle and Laura Benanti hamming it up as Max Detweiler and Elsa Schrader!
