Weekend Poll: Who Should Play Westley in Disney's The Princess Bride Stage Adaptation?

As you wish! This week it was announced that Disney's beloved fairytale turned cult-classic rom-com The Princess Bride is headed to the stage. Like many of you, we at Broadway.com started freaking out kept very calm and began imagining the brave Westley (played by Cary Elwes in the movie) and feisty Buttercup belting out "As You Wish" like a Taylor Swift power ballad with a chorus line of Rodents of Unusual Size dancing behind them in top hats and tap shoes. We're thrilled that Disney will work with author William Goldman to transform his fantastical tale, but we can't stop fantasizing about who should play our humble farm boy Westley! So you warthog-faced buffoons, we have to know: Which Broadway hunk should star in the stage version of The Princess Bride? Prepare to vote!
