Get a ‘Shining, Shimmering, Splendid’ First Look at Disney’s Broadway-Bound Aladdin

Take a magic carpet ride to Toronto, where the Broadway-bound stage adaptation of Aladdin is currently bringing our favorite lovable street rat, Arabian princess and hilarious Genie to life on stage. We’ve got a first look at photos from the new Disney production, starring Adam Jacobs as Aladdin, Courtney Reed as Princess Jasmine, Jonathan Freeman as Jafar and James Monroe Iglehart as the Genie. Directed and choreographed by Casey Nicholaw, Aladdin features a score by Alan Menken, with lyrics by the late Howard Ashman, Tim Rice and Chad Beguelin, and a book by Beguelin.
