Access Hollywood went behind the scenes of NBC's upcoming 'unprecedented' live broadcast of Rodgers & Hammerstein's The Sound of Music, starring Grammy winner Carrie Underwood and True Blood star Stephen Moyer as Maria and Captain Von Trapp, respectively. Check out new behind the scenes footage of the stars singing "Edelweiss" below. Plus there's plenty of rehearsal snippets of "The Sound of Music," "Maria," "My Favorite Things" and "Do-Re-Mi." The Sound of Music, which is based on the stage musical and not the Julie Andrews-led film, will air live on NBC December 5.
