Broadway.com Audience Choice Award winner Bette Midler is taking the hit show, I’ll Eat You Last: A Chat with Sue Mengers on the road! To kick off her L.A. engagement, the three-time Grammy winner stopped by The Tonight Show to regale Jay Leno with stories of her days “smoking dope” and opening for comics (who weren’t always very nice to poor Miss M!). Midler also chatted about her “swamp goddess” Halloween costume, her daughter’s acting aspirations, her upcoming 68th birthday and more—she even showed off a few dance moves!
