Half a minute can't you sit, sit you down! Emma Thompson, who's prepping to make her New York stage debut as Mrs. Lovett in the New York Philharmonic's production of Sweeney Todd, stopped by Live! with Kelly & Michael on December 11. The Oscar and Emmy winner told the morning hosts that she's "frightened" to star opposite Grammy winner Bryn Terfel as the titular demon barber, but she's also excited to play "the mad, mad woman." Thompson, who's getting Oscar buzz for her performance as Mary Poppins author P. L. Travers in Saving Mr. Banks, even previewed "The Worst Pies in London." Watch the clip below!
