Yup, Another Spring Awakening Star on Glee! Skylar Astin Will Head Throat Explosion in March

Glee star Darren Criss let the cat out of the bag that Broadway vet and Pitch Perfect star Skylar Astin will appear on the Fox hit later this season by posting a "#DramaticSelfie" with Astin and co-star Chord Overstreet on Instagram.

According to TV Line, Astin will play Jean-Baptiste, the lead singer of Throat Explosion, the top glee club competition at nationals for Glee’s New Directions, in an episode set to air in March.

Astin, who is also star of the TBS sitcom Ground Floor, is the fourth Spring Awakening original cast member to appear on Glee, following Lea Michele, Jonathan Groff and Phoebe Strole.
