The newly minted Golden Globe winner Amy Adams showed off her vocal chops singing “Defying Gravity” from Wicked at a gay karaoke bar in Los Angeles, according to TMZ. The American Hustle star is no stranger to musicals having starred in a Grease parody, as a Disney princess, with The Muppets and in The Public’s Into the Woods throughout her career. Perhaps this is an “audition” for that future Wicked film?! We commend anyone for bringing musical theater to a karaoke night (who needs another butchering of “Rumor Has It”). Check out the performance below to hear every gay in that bar scream for the Oscar nominee.
