I don't know how he has does it! The Broadway bound Daniel Radcliffe is set to film Brooklyn Bridge directly after the West End transfer of The Cripple of Inishmaan ends its limited engagement on July 20, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Directed by Beautiful scribe Douglas McGrath, Brooklyn Bridge is inspired by the true story of a bright but inexperienced engineer who is left to supervise the construction of the Brooklyn Bridge when his father passes away. Overwhelmed by his misfortune, his obsession to get the job done jeopardizes his health and his family until he discovers an unlikely ally in his charming and shrewd wife. Filming for Brooklyn Bridge is set for August. Further casting will be announced shortly.
Radcliffe’s Broadway credits include Equus and How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. In addition the Harry Potter films, his screen credits include Frankenstein, A Young Doctor’s Notebook, Kill Your Darlings and The Woman in Black. In addition to penning the book for Beautiful, McGraths' credits include I Don't Know How She Does It, Infamous, Nicholas Nickleby and Emma. He also co-wrote Bullets Over Broadway with Woody Allen.
