With Valentine's Day just around the corner, Broadway audiences are doing their best to show the Great White Way some red-hot love. Perennial frontrunners The Book of Mormon, Wicked and The Lion King topped the week's list, though no show managed to eke past the coveted $2 million mark. Bronx Bombers, the showy homage to the New York Yankees, officially opened at Circle in the Square and A Night With Janis Joplin, the bombastic tribute to the eponymous rock goddess, wrapped up its run at Broadway's Lyceum Theatre. All in all, it was pretty steady week here on the Main Stem.
