Andrew "The Gay Catholic from Omaha, Nebraska" Rannells is getting naked for your viewing pleasure. Yes, ma'am, the Tony nominee, who'll be reprising his role as Elijah on the next episode of HBO's Girls (airing February 16), stopped by Katie to talk about his return to the buzzy series and more. Rannells, who hasn't been on Broadway since he ended his run as Elder Price in The Book of Mormon in 2012, told Katie Couric that he's "anxious to do more theater." He also previewed his upcoming New York Pops event with Stephanie J. Block at Carnegie Hall and joked about being the "accidental poster boy for Mormonism."
