Weekend Poll Top Three: We're Swooning Already! Fans Want Aaron Tveit to Give Out Roses on The Bachelor

Get ready because The Bachelor is on the hunt for its newest contestants! While we here at Broadway.com are probably going to pass on applying, we do have some sexy Broadway studs in mind who we wouldn’t mind swooning over week after week. This weekend, we asked you who you’d want to see be the next star of the ABC reality series. The votes are in, and here’s who’s getting your roses.

1. Aaron Tveit—34%
Looks like the Tveitertots pulled through! Admittedly, this one isn’t much of a shock. His beach attire is on point. He’d totally serenade you in the hot tub. Is there anything that Aaron Tveit does that doesn’t make him perfect The Bachelor material? But let’s be real. We’re sure that most of the people who voted for him would only be OK with it if they were one of the contestants. Sorry, that wasn’t part of the deal.


2. Jonathan Groff—11%
One for the fellas. We think it’s absolutely time that we have a gay season of The Bachelor (sorry, Juan Pablo). Like Tveit, the Looking star also nails it in the swimwear category. And how fun would that home visit be? Jonathan Groff, his fam, Lea Michele the goat and me the contestants. It’s a bit of a bummer though that this likely wouldn’t air in Russia.


3. Steven Pasquale—8%
Ugh. This man is basically poster boy for The Bachelor, no? The rugged looks, the flowing locks—he just seems like the kind of guy that would ride around on a horse on the beach. That’s what they do on The Bachelor, right? Do they also sing? Can they?
