The 60th annual London Evening Standard Theatre Awards took place on November 30, with The Scottsboro Boys, off-Broadway hit Here Lies Love and the Broadway-bound Skylight taking home the night’s main prizes. Jeremy Herrin picked up the best direction gong for Wolf Hall, which will be opening at the Winter Garden on April 9, 2015, while Gillian Anderson and Tom Hiddleston won the acting categories. Oh, and it would be remiss of us not to mention that soon-to-be Hamlet Benedict Cumberbatch presented the Lebedev Award to Tony-winning playwright Tom Stoppard! Check out the list in full below.
