Broadway.com Culturalist Challenge! Rank the Best Gender-Bending Broadway Characters

Broadway.com is wild about Culturalist, the awesome site that lets you choose and rank your own top 10 lists. Every week, we’re challenging you with a new Broadway-themed topic to rank—we’ll announce the most popular choices on the new episode of The Broadway.com Show every Wednesday.

Last week, we asked you to rank the top 10 best Patti LuPone roles of all time. (We know, we’re cruel.) Her star-making turn in Evita took the lead—hey, she didn’t win that Tony for nothin’. This week, with the news that Darren Criss is stepping into Hedwig’s high-heeled boots in Hedwig and the Angry Inch, we’re challenging you to rank the top 10 best gender-bending Broadway characters of all time.
