Lorna Luft to Headline Garland Show Judy: The Life and Music of a Hollywood Legend

Zing go the strings of our hearts! The only Judy Garland show in the world authorized by the Garland Estate is set for a U.K. tour, led by her daughter, Lorna Luft. Helmed by Christopher Manoe, Judy: The Life and Music of a Hollywood Legend will kick off at the Edinburgh Playhouse on May 8 with creative direction by Arlene Phillips.

Judy: The Life and Music of a Hollywood Legend will include never seen before film clips and interviews together with songs from some of Garland’s classic films including A Star is Born, Meet Me in St. Louis, Easter Parade and The Wizard of Oz. Numbers will include "I Got Rhythm," "The Trolley Song," "The Man That Got Away," "Get Happy," "Zing! Went the strings of my Heart" and "Over the Rainbow."

The cast will also include West End faves Louise Dearman (Wicked) and Ben Richards (Rock of Ages).
