Valerie Harper, who collapsed backstage on July 29, has some good news for us all. “I am happy to report I am not, nor have I been, in a coma,” the actress clarified on her Facebook page. “As anyone who has taken strong medication knows, it doesn’t always agree with you, even with me as this experience proves.” However Harper, with typical strength and style, did find a highlight in the experience, when she: “was escorted by two handsome young men and a pilot, in a medivac helicopter, as the full moon lit the sky.” We at Broadway.com wish Harper a speedy and safe recovery.
