It seems audiences can’t control themselves any longa’ (sorry). The Gloria and Emilio Estefan bio-musical On Your Feet! ended its second week of previews on Broadway with a slight downtick from its debut, but still with an impressive gross of $903,937 for seven performances. Expect it to join the millionaires’ club once it begins full eight-performance weeks. Meanwhile, five usual suspects topped the charts: The Lion King, Wicked, Aladdin, The Book of Mormon and Hamilton. Two shows in the middle of previews, Sylvia and Dames at Sea, appeared in the underdogs, but potential good reviews after their respective opening nights could pull them out.
